This is not a reminder service and cannot notify you after the page closes. Current time depends on your device clock.

Will the countdown notify me?

No. It runs only while the page is open and schedules no background reminder.

How is daylight saving handled?

The target uses current browser timezone rules. Skipped or repeated local times are reported explicitly.
