How Salary Hike Calculator works

Calculate a new monthly or annual salary after a hike, or reverse-calculate the hike between two salaries.

The formula

Increase = Current salary × hike percentage. New salary = Current salary + increase.

A practical example

A 10% hike on ₹50,000 per month adds ₹5,000 and produces ₹55,000 per month.

Important limitations

Results are estimates based only on the values you enter. They do not include every fee, tax, timing difference, market movement or product rule.
